Luise von Finckh gained her first acting experience at the age of nine, playing the young Cosette in the musical ‘Les Misérables’ at Berlin's Theater des Westens. Shortly afterwards, she was discovered for television and cast in leading roles in children's and youth series. She went on to appear in a wide range of film and television productions before director Julia Ziesche cast her as the young Viola in her critically acclaimed feature film ‘Wann endlich küsst Du mich’ (When Will You Finally Kiss Me?).
The film was invited to renowned festivals, including the Max Ophüls Film Festival and the Montreal International Film Festival.
